Paul and Paul, Gould not fix washer because part obsolete, but they did a good troubleshooting of it.
Freezer in GE Cafe fridge not working. Started claim in Aug25 under a warranty with Assurant. Took two weeks for a repairman to come. Needed parts to be delivered before coming back. Came back Oct 9. Spent almost 4 hours. Said that the temperatures should cool down to the settings in 24-48 hours. They didn’t and warmed up to the ambient temperature in the house. Never showed up for appointment. Sat here all day with no service rep showing up. Poor customer service
