The worst service ever!!! I mean ever! I contacted them to repair my furnace and I was next on the list for two days straight. Their customer service line is outsourced and offered absolutely no help! Avoid Sears Home Service!!!!
Absolute worst service, do note use! The local technicians are decent folks and know what theyre doing, but the customer support center is absolutely worthless. I waited two weeks for the follow-up appointment (parts had to be ordered), but the wrong parts were delivered and support was worthless. There is no one with Sears actual to talk to to fix the problem.
The absolute worst. Be over a month. I still have yet to have my washer fixed. I’ve called several times and they give me the run around!! Do not use!!!!
The technician, instead of fixing the refrigerator, what he did was leave it completely useless!
