Appalling experience with @Sears from start to finish. First, tried calling multiple times to book an appointment - your AI “Samantha” NEVER successfully books anything. When I mentioned this, your rep had the audacity to say “you’re the only one saying that - others can book fine.” So I’m lying about your broken system? Finally booked online (not under warranty). This company canceled 3 times rescheduling without taking to me. Then a technician did not show on the 3rd time and they sent me an email acting like they came and took care of my issue.

The worst service ever!!! I mean ever! I contacted them to repair my furnace and I was next on the list for two days straight. Their customer service line is outsourced and offered absolutely no help! Avoid Sears Home Service!!!!
Absolute worst service, do note use! The local technicians are decent folks and know what theyre doing, but the customer support center is absolutely worthless. I waited two weeks for the follow-up appointment (parts had to be ordered), but the wrong parts were delivered and support was worthless. There is no one with Sears actual to talk to to fix the problem.
