Recommended a replacement due to cost of part and the fact that the part is likely going to fail again. Great service, bad product- Kenmore Elite
Washer quit on August 8. A repairman attempted a repair but needed parts which were shipped directly to us on August 16-20. The repair was completed September 23 in good order.
Service man was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have a protection plan, so the service was covered by that.
