Sears home service repair has been contracted to fix my ventless dryer since August 2024. It is now January and I’ve had I think six or seven appointments with this company to repair this dryer. They have shown up successfully once and the replacement part was malfunction so that wasn’t their fault and they did get another one to my house. ***Note that the service tech left my dryer and at least 10 pieces. Wow. It was alarming how unhelpful having them come out was. Seems like a money grab. Guy was here for 5 min and told me he could not help me on my oven that is like 5 years old. Charged me 150 for 5 min. Not sure what they actually help with.
The technician is excellent and extremely professional. He gave me the diagnosis and the problem will be solved!
Never showed up to the correct address. Billed me for a service they never did. Don't ever use best buy or sears home service.
