Bernard visited us during the service window provided and determined the cause of the problem with our oven not igniting. He explained the problem, ordered the part and returned on the scheduled time and date to install the part. This was covered under the extended warranty on my range so there was no cost to me.
Extremely frustrating and expensive experience. You have to make an appointment with an AI agent and there is no way to reach a human to talk about problems. The AI agent tried to tell me the wrong visit date and none of the links they sent to track the technician worked. The technician was nice and professional, but they don't charge you by the hour, they use some predefined repair code. So the tech was there for 20 minutes, realized some part was just loose and there wasn't really anything to fix once it was back in place.... read more
The technician's service was excellent. He tested & identified the problem. The last 2 questions on your survey are non-applicable as product is under warranty.

I tried to have a GE microwave fixed. Over two months, I had five appointments with two technicians. They were not fully sure of the problem, and eventually settled on the power board and relay board. Once installed, the microwave boards blew out and the fuse in my home was also blown. They ordered two new boards. For the last appointment, no one showed up. I tried to call Sears Home services, but only got an AI agent who said that my appointment was in the past.
