The repair time was quick and hopefully the problem is fixed.
Well, the tech was nice and polite. However, the job cost us $300 and it didn’t get fixed. Still leaking. He did what he could, said he didn’t have a washer to fix it, encouraged us to order it online. Then charged us $300. Nothing against the Technician guy, but not sure if I would use this service again.
Service technician was very thorough in diagnosing an issue with washing machine. It turned out to be some type of computer error code that rendered the machine non-functioning; Warren was finally able to reset the panel and thoroughly tested thru a wash cycle. Machine seems to be working again.
Service could not have been better. Well done!
