Excellent and knowledgeable!
The technician was kind and professional. He knew his stuff well. The only drawback is the wait time for the technician. I had an appt for 1-5 pm, and their website showed the tech would arrive b/n 1.15-2.30 pm, so I left work early. The time got postponed every hour and eventually came around 4.30 pm. I wish the Sears or the technician had called at 1 pm, shared the route (from Paso Robles to Santa Maria), or let me know my turn on the schedule so I could plan my day better (to pick up kids and drive for activities, etc).
