Other than the impossibly long waiting period on the required parts, the replacement went very smoothly.
Outstanding service! Customer service was amazing. My appointment was scheduled same day. I was told what to expect and an estimate of how much repairs would cost. I was given a few other options but never felt pressured into an upsell. My technician was thorough and efficient. This was such a seamless process! Im very impressed.
