Oven was not preheating. Was charged 640 dollars to improperly install a 140 dollar part. Came and replaced it and the oven won’t even get above 165 degrees after an hour. Before they came it was 400 degrees but took an hour. So the oven is actually less efficient. Terrible over priced excuse of a company. Never call them. Call a different company.
