He was on time professional explained what was wrong and how it would be done to fix it
Barry, the technician, did a good job and showed us a way to defrost the refrigerator in order to restore the temperature to where it should be while we waited for a new circuit board. We were EXTREMELY frustrated that Sears Home Services offered no way to communicate with them, other than to schedule a service call. Thus, the rating is for the company, not for the technician.
Steve was personable and professional. And, he fixed my dishwasher drawers in a relatively short time.
