I’m left unsure of the estimated repair cost; Tyler said one thing, but the written estimate was something different. By a LOT.
The technician was great. Found the problem quickly. The only reason I am giving a 4 is because my initial notification said he would be at the house by 8:45-9:30. He didn't arrive until closer to 11:30.
This service center is beyond absolutely horrible. Calvin is very nice and personable and that is the ONLY reason they are even getting a single star. My refrigerator died on July 19. Calvin came to inspect it on July 24th. Ordered the parts and the parts arrived around July 28th. There was an appointment to fix it on August 4th.
