This is the worst experience i have ever had. Your people donnot call prior to coming and they cancel and want you to adjust your schedule for them.O will never recommend to service to anyone. Thanks.
Purnell was prompt, very nice and extremely knowledgeable about my HVAC unit and the issue that I was having.
Pernell was fabulous! I received service via my home warranty. Thankfully, there was nothing wrong with the system- simply a glitch caused by a power outage. The information provided was helpful in educating me on why it happened.
I live with my elderly mother, and our technician was very polite, respectful and patient with the situation. Would absolutely recommend using Sears.
Tech did not solve the problem. Created more issues and now the system is inoperable. He lied to us and the warranty company..I would not trust Sears again
