Cayce was very helpful but everything else about this experience was dreadful. Non responsive AI. Wrong initial diagnosis and on and on….
Casey was AWESOME, he was timely, honest, and knowledgeable, and we appreciate him coming!!
Casey quickly diagnosed the issue with our Kenmore washer. He wasn’t in a service truck & therefore had no parts with him. He Had to order the part & returned 4 day later to install the part which took less than 30 minutes. I feel the labor charge was a too high.
