Pernell was fabulous! I received service via my home warranty. Thankfully, there was nothing wrong with the system- simply a glitch caused by a power outage. The information provided was helpful in educating me on why it happened.
I live with my elderly mother, and our technician was very polite, respectful and patient with the situation. Would absolutely recommend using Sears.
Tech did not solve the problem. Created more issues and now the system is inoperable. He lied to us and the warranty company..I would not trust Sears again
