Nobody showed up. Not a reliable service. No communication.
Joel did an amazing job taking care of our refrigerator. He came in to do the repair after we’d had our service rescheduled multiple times.
Horrible. Got a message that "Harley" would be at my house at 9:35am so i took time off of work to be available and they never showed. Never updated the online system. Never told me they weren't coming and there is no way to talk to anyone to figure out what's going on. Most frustrating experience I've ever had.
Harley was very knowledgeable and considerate. Very friendly and informative. He did great instructing us on actions to take.
Horrible experience. First appointment canceled 30 minutes before end of window. Second appointment, the tech showed up and did absolutely nothing. Told me to let my fridge thaw and it would be fixed. Didn’t work. Sears sent me a new fan for my fridge, it was the wrong part. Third appointment the tech called and said he was on his way then i got a message saying he came to my house but no one was home (not true, he never came). Forth appointment git canceled by sears.
