Not able to repair and no clear communication and transparency. Waste of time and money
The technician was great but the problem is not fixed. The AI customer service is just terrible. Hopefully, it can finally be repaired.
First time I scheduled they said estimate time was around 3 pm then they sent a message that they weren’t going to make it. So we rescheduled for the second time and they said no one was home. When we missed work to wait for an estimate time between 8-5 pm. We decided to schedule one more time which was today. Again they said knock, knock no one was home?
