Our dishwasher start button had stopped working. Called and within 24 hours James was in my kitchen making a quick and painless repair! Great job, unbelievable service. And the trainee was great too, Thanks to you both
James is very knowledgeable. He has great customer service skills! Even though we were added to his list and we were the last appointment for the day, he took his time to show us what was wrong. James is great!!
