I received a text saying the contractor would be here at 11, but they never showed up
I do not recommend simply because they overcharge. My washing machine has been giving a door lock error and was quoted over $900 to replace the main control board. I looked up the model and the main control board only costs $158 so the part itself is barely anything compared to what they charge in labor. I found another appliance company that is charging $198 for the part and only $75 in labor and they’re even willing to let me buy the part separately for cheaper and only charge the labor fee. Sears is a rip off.
Mark has serviced our washer before. He is totally awesome and professional. Chris as well. They worked hard for 2 1/2 hours, got our washing machine cleaned out and fired up. I’m definitely gonna request them. Should we have another appliance repair required!
