Our technician Stacy was great. Our microwave broke and at first they sent us a new door so Stacy came to install it to find out it wasn’t the door it was the brackets inside the microwave that broke so he put in an order for them but they never got ordered so he showed up about 2 weeks later to fix it and the parts never got ordered so he put in a order for them again and came about 2 weeks after that to install them. Service was great But for labor was $ 300hundred for 1 hour and part was 100.00. That's highway robbery
