Refrigerator repair on ice maker. Martin made sure I understood the issue and fixed it quickly.
The technician was fine but it took months to get someone in here to do the repairs. Sears kept rescheduling my appointment. Would not recommend.
Technician was very helpful and professional
We only had an estimate and decided to decline the full repair due to cost. Our tech was extremely personable and helpful with our issue. Thumbs up!!
My service man was a very polite And knowledgeable person. Although he was not able to repair the unit, He explained in detail what went wrong and why the Lowe’s customer service would not approve the repair under extended warranty Great job by the service tech
