Technician Sangin was extremely knowledgeable and completed the repair efficiently. While the previous two (2) Sears technicians had provided false information to me and made misrepresentations concerning the required repair, Mr. Sangin was straightforward, and had candor and veracity concerning the required repair.
The technician was very professional and efficient.
This was the worst service ever. First, there was a language barrier, I didn’t understand nothing he was saying. The refrigerator has not worked in three weeks. He came in checking the door closure basically of the freezer and refrigerator. Said everything was working fine and there were no parts to order and left. Great service and Patients.
Sears repair showed up when scheduled and needed to order additional parts and a new compressor as the first one was defective. So waiting on parts to be delivered and installed.
