I've had this service with this company for many years. I've never been disappointed. I always direct people to to clench because of their outstanding service. The technicians that came out today were thorough when they expected central air unit. Expect everything and repaired my issue in a timely manner. Thank you for sending two, courteous and knowledgeable people to my home. Thank you for your outstanding service!!
They made us reschedule both appointments at the end of the day. No calls no emails no communication at all regarding the need to reschedule until the end of the day. We had to take days off work for nothing. They do not have a real person for you to talk to on the phone or chat only AI responses. I do not recommend this company for anyone. We were stuck with them through our home warranty.
