Had home service and Skylar was excellent. Samsung ice makers are horrible though
I'd like to start off by saying I had absolutely no problem with the service tech. He was courteous & performed his job as directed. I'd like to finish by saying I will NEVER purchase any appliances from Sears again! We bought an upright frost free freezer from Sears 2 years ago. From day one it has never been frost free, due to a warped door preventing a proper seal. A claim was started in 2022 and a technician came out to verify my complaint.
