We had them out 4 times, 3 different technicians & finally this gentleman takes the time to really do what should be done to fix the problem. I'm giving him 5 stars for his persistence & excellent service.
Prompt assessment and recommendations for washing machine issue.
Highly disappointed. Basically you paying them to come out and tell you the problem but don't fix it. They don't have the part and it will have to be ordered and overcharge you for their services. They tried to charge me 403 dollars for something I got fixed for 70 dollars on top of the 129.00 plus tax service fee just to show up and tell you all that.
