He dealt with the home warranty company with patience. He answered my question and was very efficient. I’m very happy with the work that was completed.
The technician was amazing and knowledgeable. He kept me up-to-date on the estimated arrival time. I had a hard time getting through because everything is AI. Wish there was a customer service department to talk to a live agent. We had issues with getting my car delivered to my apartment but a week and a half later it finally came through. It was definitely a much longer an anticipated weight. But the technician did an amazing job.
