Stacey was amazing cause he immediately knew what the problem was and fixed the drain hose so it wasn't kinked so it would drain. Apparently, the guys that hooked it up in the first place didn't do it right. He just got the kink out and zip tied the hose in place, so hopefully it won't happen again. I just wish I could have done it myself and saved $129.
