This was the most worst experience I’ve ever had! I am only giving it one star because I have to! The guy claimed I needed a certain part and he didn’t have it so I had to order it then I had to wait a week before they could come back and then I waited all day 8 to 5 and nobody showed up Finally at 6:30. I got a message saying they weren’t coming until Wednesday between eight and five. Tech isn't the issue. your automated bull shit is. it was suppose to be work on a dryer. not on a range. you screwed up the paperwork. then the work couldnt be done. I will no longer be asking your assistance for anything.
