Horrible service altogether. I am doing this to hold Sears and the technician accountable so this does not happen to anyone else moving forward! My home warranty assigned Sears Appliance Repair to fix my dishwasher and 2 months later the appliance was still not repaired. It took finally changing to another servicer to get my dishwasher fixed in 2 days!
