Tech was on time, courteous, answered all my questions, offered suggestions/helpful tips, and offered to check other items/appliances while there.
Unfortunately, I was charged for a service I did not receive. There was a $50 charged for cleaning and maintenance… nothing was cleaned.or “maintained”.
The serviceman was friendly. However, he did not check to make sure everything was working. The ice maker does not work nor the light in the freezer. It took over a week to get the new part and my refrigerator still does not fully function.
