He was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I'm attempting to reach someone now to discuss how terrible this experience was with him. Totally unacceptable
No call, no show to appointment. No way to talk to agent. Took 4 hours off work to be home for repair on washer, no one ever showed. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not use again!
Tech was on time, courteous, answered all my questions, offered suggestions/helpful tips, and offered to check other items/appliances while there.
