Adam is great! Polite, professional and efficient.
Not only did the technician (Xer) show up almost an hour and a half late around 6:30pm from the appt window of 1-5pm but he also signed the service forms without my consent himself and did no repair just left my washer flooded with water again for us to empty ourselves. He said my washer needed new bearings or to be paid out by warranty. Now a week later that I called to follow up with the warranty I am now being told a week later that he did not put in his notes that the washer needed any parts and closed the service which ... read more
