Noah quickly identified a broken freezer defrost heater element that dropped glass slivers into the drain hole of the freezer. This then allowed water to overflow and freeze in the bottom of the freezer apartment. The defrost heater element supplied by the customer was installed and the drain line cleaner out. The freezer defrost cycle is now working properly. Noah worked quickly and informed me as to the issues and the repair steps being performed. I recommend him to others .,..

Terrible experience from start to finish. I was out money but did not get my issue resolved. Even the tech clearly hated working for Sears. That'll be my last experience with them for sure. I won't use another service company in the future if I can't get human on the phone.
