Mike, the technician, was wonderful! .. Knew just what to do. Very efficient. Fixed my dishwasher. Really a nice , well mannered man!
Joseph did a great job getting our washer repaired. The only issue was with the time it took to get it done due to parts ordering and scheduling availability, neither of which were under his control. He was professional, courteous and got the work done as quickly as he could. This was done through Lowe's extended warranty repair setup. They paid the cost of the repairs.
Excellent service. Completed the job timely and explain the issue with my refrigerator.
