Tech lied and said service order was a washer and couldn’t come look at my dryer but told his company that I did not answer my door! I wasted all day waiting for him
Tech was very efficent on the job. Appointment was delayed 3 times and finally tech arrived 3 hrs after his time estimate. I was informed by email of each delay however.
