joanna was great. knoows her trade very well. AHS sucks
Technician arrived within 10 minutes of the appointment time. Checked my freezer and gave a thorough breakdown of what the issue was and options for repair. Cost was exactly as quoted. I would call Sears for repairs in the future.
Joanna is always knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. She is the one Technician that we have confidence in repairing our appliances. She is an asset to the Company.
Mike, the technician, was wonderful! .. Knew just what to do. Very efficient. Fixed my dishwasher. Really a nice , well mannered man!
Joseph did a great job getting our washer repaired. The only issue was with the time it took to get it done due to parts ordering and scheduling availability, neither of which were under his control. He was professional, courteous and got the work done as quickly as he could. This was done through Lowe's extended warranty repair setup. They paid the cost of the repairs.
