He got it done. Quite fast too
The technician was puntual and I hope that the problem has been fixed this time for good. I had probably about 6 different technicians coming to fix the same problem for over 2 years and they said it was fixed but a week later I had the same problem over and over again.
Technician was kind and extremely courteous he explained exactly what the problem was and fixed it. My wife sat with him through the whole thing because I was working thank you so very much.
