Justin was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. We loved working with him.
Technician was prompt and very helpful however the price for repair was high. I have a LG dryer, I was quoted $500 to fix one issue and over $800.00 to fix both issues.I was offered a discount of $50.00 if I paid for a membership. I ended just buying a new dryer from Homedepot for a little over $600.00 with warranty. Gave 2 stars because of the price.
I will never use Sears for a repair again due to a mistake on your side I had to wait 3 weeks to get my washer repaired. The only reason I’m giving a 5 star is to the technician who was the only person able to help me after 3 weeks. I kept calling and AI agent was useless and the people I kept talking to to send someone to fix my washer would not make the appointment even though I had the part.
