After waiting since 2/13 for my washer to be fixed I finally had all the parts AND a tech here today. After watching my washer continually leak water after running a cycle I decided to look thru the boxes to see if they forgot any parts and found this part that was not installed. It just happens to also be the part where the leak is occurring. So frustrating!
Vincent completed the warranty appointment professionally and easily. Thank you for hiring good friendly people that know what to do.
Do not use this service! It is a total scam. Vincent was so belligerent that I couldn't wait until he left. Charged $148.73 to tell me I needed a new compressor and that he couldn't get one- after only a few minutes. It's not just that, he didn't want to give me the part number and model number for me to research myself. He made even paying a challenge... You basically can't use check unless you sign some app. And to use credit he can't handle the info and must be done by phone... Its not just the process though it's his att... read more
