I wish there was an option for zero stars that I would give this company! You physically cannot reach an actual human being to answer any questions regarding a repair! Everything is AI generated and you go in a hamster wheel trying to get any answers. Do NOT use this company. Vincent came to our house for a broken freezer. He opened up the freezer, broke the fan while pulling it out, replaced the fan, and then said everything should work now. Hours later I called him because the freezer was still clearly not working. He ignored my call and then texted me back saying "may take longer to reach your desired temperature".
