Sears is not a company that practices integrity. They damaged the side of my cabinet without telling me this must be done in order to repair the dishwasher. The technician Jeffery did not practice professional integrity, which is pathetic and sad. I was given a phone for signature to install the two parts he ordered, at no point did he mentioned he would need to destroy my cabinet in order to fix the dishwasher. You’re never getting my business again!
Everything went well, I did wash on Monday and there is no leaking from the front of the washer.
Paul was great, he saved me of having to buy a new dryer. Best 136 dollars ever paid
Only took John 20 minutes to find and fix the problem! He explained the issue
