Unable to talk to service when placing service request. AI unable to handle to understand that I needed to adjust schedule for two repairs at same address.
First time using Sears, and I'd definitely use them again (hopefully I won't need anything else too soon)! My technician, Paul, was friendly and respectful, and it took him no time at all to determine my washer needed a new control board. Paul explained my options, and while the price was fair, I decided to purchase a new washer rather than proceed with repairs.
