Great service
Warren did an excellent job and he even fixed another issue with the stove that wasn't part of the original work order. I would call on his services again if needed.
They have always served me. I’ve always been with Sears and they’re excellent beautiful people very nice very technical. I appreciate them very much. Appreciate them. I mean very much so I hope to keep in touch. I would like to have my home warranty sent to me. I don’t know who else to talk to you about it but possible if you can send me the paperwork for the home warranty I just got thank you
Really bad scheduling. Tech was scheduled for 8am/12pm. I kept getting changes on times. He ended up showing up at 3:30. This was for repairs on my Medea refrigerator. I waited all day, he never called prior to arriving as stated the tech would. Said he even lived in the area, but was sent to Nipomo first and further areas. I have First American Home Warranty called them to let them know that Sears couldn't fix the problem he said. He explained to the agent what the issue was.
