Mark was on time, thorough, and a pleasure to work with.
Arrived on time and completed the repair to our satisfaction.
I tried to speak with a human but apparently that is impossible. Their computer voice offered me a repair time window not even knowing what type/brand of appliance I had. It was a yes or no proposition that didn't fit my schedule. That why I wanted to speak with a human.
Amazing service tech
