Amazing service tech
We were very happy with Mark our technician, but I made a point to send in the serial model number of the dryer and he’ still arrived without the belt that needed to be replaced. I don’t feel that’s his fault possibly AI got it mixed up. Anyway, we elected not to get the dryer repaired by Sears. Again we were very happy with the technician, but not the timeline for repair.
Mark worked very hard to complete this difficult repair! It was his 4th trip here but he did it. Very pleasant person and he did work hard! It is a 20 yr. Old range, but I love it! I will recommend your service to others.
