Service was great, LG product is junk.
David was an excellent repair man. Very disappointed in LG for making me wait six weeks instead of replacing it in the end Dave saved it.
My wash machine is working beautifully now thanks to Mark. He installed new valves, explained all the details on what he had done and why. He was very professional and easy to talk to. I am grateful for his expert service.
This was out second visit from David - once more he was friendly, professional, respectful of us and our property, and personal and kind in his approach
