Our washer and dryer are covered by Costco's extended warranty service and I had to contact them because of an issue with our washer. So it turns out that Sears Appliance Repair is contracted by Costco for warranty service and Josh (Joshua) was the repair person who came over for the repair. Josh was very professional, knowlegable, and thorough and he made sure to leave no stone unturned so as to make sure the issue was resolved. Don't waste your time with these idiots...wanted 750 dollars to fix a washer worth 200. The tech told me the company is going under...watch out!!! Buy a new one and save a lot of money
