Richard did a good job, but he left his drill and the part that he replaced. I can understand maybe leaving the old part to show that he replaced the part, but perhaps he could have just shown us the part and then thrown it away. Moreover, he needs to come back and pick up his drill.
Francisco was prompt and efficient. He made sure to explain everything to me clearly and keep me updated about his progress. It was an excellent experience.
