2 appointments, no call no show. Zero care for anyone's time. How do customers get charged if we miss an appointment but we never see the missed income back from missing work waiting for a repair guy that doesn't exists. Last Samsung appliance I'll ever buy. I'll post 1 star reviews daily untill someone reaches out to me 🤣
Very efficient and knowledgeable!
Randy was very nice and apologetic. Our dishwasher has been not working for 4 months. Sears replaced all parts at least 3 or 4 times in that 4 months. AI won't allow them to order a replacement and there is no one the technicians can contact to override the AI. Randy closed out the ticket as he said there was nothing else he could do. He suggested I get my money back.
The technician provided expert service. The only complaint I have is never being able to talk to a live person before or after service. You have to “talk” to an AI agent, even if you are in a Chat. The price was low because it was through a Home Warranty program.
