Maybe a good eventual diagnosis..? My fridge still doesn't work. He took the cover apart and put it back together with no new parts or improvements. The fridge did not work when he called the job done. $150 for nothing. The tech had no parts for the job with him, and no tools so he had to borrow ours. Phil tried to overcharge us nearly $650 for a damper motor. I expected much more professional and honest service from Sears. Matthew is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous.he is by far the best technician I have ever the pleasure to work on my appliances. As for the scheduling department I am VERY dissatisfied. My appointment was canceled 6 times! It has taken 6 MONTHS to get my washer fixed. Taking time off work each time for no one to show up. And having to go to the laundry mat, which costed me a small fortune. I just might be contacting the BBB! I have a sears service agreement contract.
