The technician was great and I have nothing but good to say about him. The company's scheduling system was a nightmare though. The scheduling is all done by an AI bot and they only give an arrival window of 8am-5pm. So you're forced to take the entire day off. The 1st visit went fine, we ordered the part and scheduled a followup service. The day the part arrived in the mail, the bot closed out the work order which took the install date off the technicians schedule. So I took that day off and he obviously noshowed. Amazing and friendly service
Worst experience with service ever. Sent someone with no experience with induction cooktop. He was so clueless and would not listen to what I had to say. Failed to report obvious error code to tech support. Blamed me for using the wrong cookware - the same I’ve been using the last 18 months with the stove. Then left with codes fully displaying and did not reinstall oven. What a moron.
Two time no call no show. 1st time he arrived on sight and decided he didn’t want to do the repair, watched him turn around in a neighbors driveway and leave in the A&E appliance repair van. Had to call him for him to tell me that he wasn’t coming and needed to reschedule. Rescheduled to the day after Christmas. Arranged for someone to be at the house, was told he would arrive at 1……. Then 2……never arrived, finally got an invoice from the company at 4pm saying the unit was inaccessible. Although he never arrived to the house... read more
