Matthew is very knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous.he is by far the best technician I have ever the pleasure to work on my appliances. As for the scheduling department I am VERY dissatisfied. My appointment was canceled 6 times! It has taken 6 MONTHS to get my washer fixed. Taking time off work each time for no one to show up. Showed up early, pleasant and knowledgeable.
The technician was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable, however this is the 12th time that a technician and virtual technician have tried to fix the issue. This has been going on since November 2024
Excellent job and very thorough. Hopefully we won’t have repeated leaks going forward.
