My washer was not repaired!!. James hit many buttons to recalibrate , never took anything apart. Don’t think he knows how to repair. Then he lied that I overload the washer… how can you have a repairman do nothing and then lie about the washer being abused!! Is this how your company gets away with your warranty? Never again will I get a warranty with your company.your a very dishonest !!!!!!! It was only purchase 4/10/25. And I’ll never buy another Maytag

Matthew was great. Five stars for him. Sears service could do far better. It’s absolutely impossible to talk to anyone and there are just numerous phone numbers that all go to the same automated response line. It’s a waste of my time and also lowers the value of the overall service.
