The repair went smoothly and the technician was very efficient and pleasant
Erick our fridge technician was wonderful. Very courteous and very efficient. He cleaned up throughly after he was done. Asked if we had questions. I definitely would recommend him and would ask for him if I had other repairs.
It took Sears a month to repair my dishwasher and they canceled the repair at 11:15 AM the day they were supposed to fix it and they made it sound like I cancelled the repair and not them. I received 26 texts from Sears about my dishwasher including multiple texts confirming the repair date. I missed two half days of work waiting for their tech to come out because Sears only offers time slots of eight hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, any other company offers either AM or PM so you have a 4 hour waiting time and they don’t flood your... read more
