Good and quick service. My only beef was how long it took to arrive!
The tech that came out was really helpful in explaining what was going on with our broken air conditioning. It was passed on to another service due to the issue, but J. Theile was very friendly and provided some guidance on the next steps to getting us back up and running. Tech came a long way from Cape Girardeau and the website link that was texted to us kept us up to date on when he would be here on his schedule.
Technician was promt and professional. Even though the fridge is not fixable, his service was very good.
