The Sears repair technician was very professional and thorough during the inspection of my Samsung oven. They carefully reviewed the control panel issue and did their best to troubleshoot the auto door function, which unfortunately would not open. The technician went above and beyond trying to locate the correct replacement part, but it appears Samsung no longer carries it. Even though the part is unavailable, I really appreciate the technician’s effort, clear communication, and professionalism throughout the visit.
The technician didn't do anything but put freon in my a/c unit. He did not check the capacitor, he did not check for leaks. He did not fix the problem, not was he tryn to fix the problem. When he got here he asked for the service fee and said he wasn't going to work on it. I gave him a bottle of water which he sat on my pelonis open and it spilled down the top and it doesn't work anymore.
