The repairman was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and worked hard. Courteous and kind. Took care with my quartz countertops when he took the gas range apart to repair. If you had 10 stars available I would give him 10. Happy customer here!
Technician was promt and professional. He fixed the AC in no time.
I have American home shield, which I was not very impressed with their need to approve every detail in the middle of my fridge not working. I did lose everything inside of my fridge. However, Dennis from Sears came out and was very helpful and I was very thankful for him with his communication and I think he did a wonderful job. Thank you Dennis!!
Other than taking so long to get an appointment, great. Blake was a knowledgeable tech , amiable and friendly explaining everything he was doing as he was doing it. He’s ‘5’++++++ stars.
Blake was very courteous and professional. He was able to almost immediately identify the issue with my AC and replaced the part. I am very pleased with the service he provided.
