Technician came in, found the problem with our furnace very quickly and fixed the problem with ease. Very satisfied with the Technician and his work. Would recommend sears appliance repair to everyone.
9 hour window. I was given a 9 hour window for my technician to arrive. This was never narrowed down for me. I waited the entire 9 hours for my technician. They never showed. Then it was scheduled for 2 weeks later. Same 9 hour window. Again never showed. I've missed 2 days work in the meantime. Never again.

My technician was great and solved my issue. However, the scheduling process was a nightmare. My original call was on June 29, my appointment finally took place today on July 25. My first two appointments were canceled and rescheduled with no reason given. It’s impossible to get a hold of a person to talk to. Using AI for scheduling seems like a great idea, but not when it causes your customer such inconvenience.
