Repair man was polite. Charged me 471.64 for repair. Ice maker still not fixed. No way to reach service for remedy. All call numbers return to automated system. It is not possible to speak with Sears Appliance Repair center representative. No ability to discuss a remedy.

Absolutely garbage! The repair number is only an automated message and you can’t talk to a person at all! I have been waiting 3 weeks for a repair! Have been rescheduled 4 times! Instead of putting me first thing the next morning I’m put off till the next week.
My technician, Otis, was great! He arrived on time, clearly communicated what needed to be done and fix the problem!
Very knowledgeable. Friendly and courteous.
