I had to pay for them to tell me that they did not work on ice makers for my type of refrigerator which is less than 2 years old. The refrigerator is a whirlpool and they told me they did not work on them however they had to come over to tell me that they could not call me. I had to pay $139 just for them to tell me that. I don't think I will ever have them back again.
Vish is a nice man but I’m disappointed that he left my house with having nothing fixed while adding to my frustration. This appt was through my home warranty request and unfortunately, he was chosen for it. I showed him the problem and right away, he stated it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. This guy underestimated the fact that I had already reviewed the warranty plan to confirm that duct leak is a covered item.
