Sears Home Service was scheduled to repair my dryer and initially set an appointment for Wednesday between 8 AM and 5 PM. However, at 1 PM that day, I was notified that the appointment was canceled and rescheduled for Thursday. The same thing happened again on Thursday, and then again on Friday. When I finally managed to secure a Monday appointment, the technician arrived an hour late. I have always used Sears for appliance service, however this was the last time. On Friday 1/3/2025, I scheduled an appointment for a tech to show between 8:00 am and noon on 1/8. On the Sunday the 5th, I started receiving text messages from Richard the AI Virtual assistant with Sears Home Services to modify my appointment to 1/7/2024 between 1pm and 5pm.
