On time Concerned about problem
We have a Master Protection plan on our water heater and it is leaking called and the first appointment they gave us was a week out Today the technician came and to confirm the leak and that the heater needs to be replaced The technician Vish was professional helpful and friendly but now we wait from a call from Sears with further instructions meanwhile we keep cleaning water of our floors
Vish did a great job resolving our dishwasher issue.
