Three visits and $800 to fix my ice maker and I still have no ice. Techs stated they did not service my brand, although Sears stated they do. I can't reach a human being to discuss this with after trying 5 phone numbers, 2 email address and a facebook direct message. This has been a horrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could.
Cal was fantastic and helpful! He helped me find a way to fix the AC unit without needing a replacement. It's refreshing to know not everyone working on Heating and Air just wants to make you buy new.
Rick and Latroy were absolutely incredible, couldn’t recommend them more (plus the grumpy cat and the crazy pups were huge fans ❤️)
