Robert continues to be a wonderful representative. He’s smart, personable, and can’t be stumped!
I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this place upset me. We scheduled them to come out to repair our refrigerator, but they canceled on us via text message THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT not once, but TWICE. When I called to try and rectify the situation, they don’t even have real people to answer the phones. Everything is ran by AI. Will never be doing work with them again.
Very prompt service. Technician was knowledgeable and corrected the problem quickly. I would highly recommend this service!
