Excellent service
I had an appointment on Saturday August 29 from 8 to 4, and Sears called me at 9:20 to narrow it down to 11 to 1, and I was patiently waiting. All of a sudden, at 12:58 I received an email saying that I have been rescheduled to September 1 (not even the next business day). I did not call to reschedule, and nobody called me from Sears to reschedule, like it or not, that is the way it is. Take it, or swallow it. Scheduling a repair is good. Also the appointment follow up is good. But their repair charges are exorbitant, I could buy a new item for the price I am paying for the repair. So, no, don't waste the diagnostic fee of $129. This review is about the Sears Appliance repair not the technicians who come to perform the diagnostic. The technicians are efficient
