Pro- On time for appointment Con - Truly impressive the mark up. I wasn’t expecting it to be cheap but the estimate was significantly higher than I could have imagined. The tech even recommended it wasn’t worth it since the simple latch repair would cost equal/more than a new dishwasher. Parts were $120 for a $40 part off Amazon and the labor was over $350 for what the tech said would take 20 mins. Tyler and Todd were amazing. Todd turned my opinion of this service from a bad experience to a good experience. The first tech Tyler was good and knew right away what was wrong and got the part ordered and the next appointment scheduled. Second tech , Jason was late, didn't introduce himself, was not real friendly. He installed the part and didn't put the dryer back together correctly.
