Horrible service they came out to service for my dishwasher. For my dishwasher, still doesn't work.
They came out to my house and the guy looks at it says oh i know exactly what it is. He did what he did left said it was fixed then left. Then proceeded to charge me $130.00. My dishwasher is still doing the same thing it was never fixed. Now I cant talk to a live person and its frusterating.
Technician was great but the automated system to schedule the service had the wrong unit information. Despite clarifying it on the website the technician still had the wrong information when he arrived. Good thing the fix was simple and didn't require parts. Other than this discrepancy everything went smooth and the unit was repaired within 15 minutes.
