This is a company is trash. It took them two weeks to get to my house. The tech did zero testing, just listened to my refrigerator. Then proceeded to charge me $289.00 for a part that retails for 135.00, and almost $400.00 for labor. Then in two more weeks another tech came and installed the part, which took a half an hour. I guess that makes their labor rate $800 an hour. And the best part is that the repair did not fix my refrigerator. My father is elderly and has been ripped off by this company. I am unable to get a hold of a real person regarding his home warranty which he has paid for for YEARS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Update: I contacted the email provided in the response and did not receive a response. What a joke of a company.
