My experience with Sears Appliance repair this time around was not great at all. It took your repair center over 4 months to repair my washing machine. I would contact SEARS supervisor(s) with my concerns and the supervisor(s) were very dismissive with my concerns. In 4 and have month I spent $480.00 taking my dirty laundry to the laundromat. Made one batch of ice, leaked on floor again and all over freezer drawer. NOT WORKING. WE ARE NOW WHERE WE WERE JULY28 and I am still waiting for you to fix my refrigerator.
We had a loose electrical connection to our cold water valve. It burned up the valve. He told me I could by a new valve and do the replacement myself, which i appreciate, but I had already tried. I explained that I was concerned about the electrical connection. He came back 2 weeks later and swapped out the valve and said the connection fit well. It did not.
