The technician was great. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and it was here the next day. The problem is you can not talk to a real person on the phone and AI says they can make you an earlier appointment and you wait all day for them to show up and they don’t. Then the day of your actual appointment they keep changing the timeframe of when they will arrive. AI is awful and it made my experience with this company terrible. Once the technician got here it took him 20 minutes to install the new part and test the oven.... read more
Very professional and was able to go to appointment sch3duked after me so allow me to be there for service
Technician said washer can't be repaired and will be replaced. He took the parts, which weren't used. I haven't heard from Sears regarding the replacement process. Chat agent said there aren't any live agents at Sears. This has been going on for over 6 weeks. I want it resolved now.
