Great experience. Quick. Response to request and work was scheduled within 2 days. Technician Brandon was very responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and repaired washer in short order. Great work.
Still not fixed. Don’t have a part. Brandon couldn’t even take it apart. I am still having to unplug it and plug it back in. I am tired of this. When it started I had only had it 3 months. Just replace it.!!!!!!!
Brandon was on time, courteous and professional. It turned out that nothing seemed to be wrong with the washer, but he meticulously ran it thru multiple cycles and tests before he made that decision.
Very professional. Had my dryer fix and running quickly.
