Korey was very professional and completed the job very well, polite and cleaned up behind his work.
John was great. However ice maker in door isn't working. Took 1 month to get refrigerator fixed.

I called and they were able to schedule a diagnostic appointment the very next day. They had to special order the part which came to my home. Within the next two days the part came in and the technician returned. My oven was working agin within the same week. The technician, Brandon, was very respectful and you had a estimate before any work was done so you knew the total cost up front and could decide to proceed or not.
