The technician came out then it have no kind of form of communication. He just left my house one in his vehicle saying that no one paid the $100 service. My husband then went out to give him the $100 and he had a bad attitude, saying all this somebody manipulated something no you’re the technician come out and fix the problem, but he never did that. It was terrible service all the way around.
Technician Jim, deserves 5 stars - very kind and informative - diagnosed the issue and explained it clearly. Drop in stars for the company itself as they have ZERO humans to actually speak to- they have nothing but AI that doesnt even give you the information you need/want. (This company was assigned through our home warranty company, not one we choose/have) Ridiculous that they think a company can be successful by using AI for its customer service!
Technicians are great! But customer service is only through AI…. Could never talk to a DNA created person regarding a payment issue!!! Do not use Sears if you ever want to talk to a real person…The techs don’t even have access to real people
