Showed up promptly for appointment. Very nice and professional. Determined my dishwasher was beyond repair and called into the warranty company to get paperwork started to get me a new appliance. I received an email confirming the report and they will be contacting me within two days to issue refund so I can purchase new dishwater
Chris was great. He ordered the part l needed for my refrigerator and even cleaned the coils for me so it doesn't cause issues in the future.
