My experience was way less than satisfactory! Took 20 minutes to find number to actual place in Woodward and when finally did told them I was looking for a part and was told didn't sell parts and instead of asking for a repair person to come look at machine or trying to help in any other way I was abruptly hung up on with no thank you for calling or anything else just a bi FU! NICE WAY TO RUN BUSINESS! I'LL NEVER RECOMEND YOUR LACK OF SERVICE CENTER TO ANYONE EVER!!!
Technician Randal J. was very quick and knowledgeable with his diagnosis. He immediately called warranty company and got what was needed for the repair all within 30 minutes.
Very professional and friendly!
I’ll give a five because he was really nice and knows what he is doing just hope it fixed the problem!!!
