This service was absolutely horrible. I scheduled the day before and they gave a time slot. Received a text that they were on their way while I was at work. The time kept changing to earlier and earlier and when I made arranements to have someone there, within the timeframe, I was notified just by an update on the website that appointment was cancelled because “no one was home” no call, no text nothing! I rescheduled right away, and then the app said they would be there at 12:45, then 11:30, then 12:15, then 2:15, then nothi... read more
Excellent service.
I have had to miss work and have been waiting at home all day just for them to cancel the appointment. I have tried calling every number I could find on google and none of the numbers will get me to a live agent. Horrible service
