Very nice and competent service technician! He needed a second person for this job, too difficult for one person! Just took from March 1st until july 27th to get repired! Tech great Sears terrible company to deal with!
3 months and never fixed . waited months for what ended up to be a faulty part and then was told would not pursue fixing it any futhur.
