The online service set up is great. Keeping me updated as to when the technician would arrive. I only gave 3 stars because it will take 24 hrs to see if the ice maker actually works. I do feel the service was overpriced. The part was only $120, the service call with diagnostics was $139. That left $316 in labor. He was here less than 15 minutes the first call and 30 minutes to do the actual ice maker replacement. Hopefully it will make ice and problem resolved.

Friendly and thorough but price to fix freezer was $1800. I paid $150 and no repair was done. Need to purchase a new unit.
