Incredibly unsatisfied. The technician has no-call no-showed twice now, and because the estimated repair window is 8-12, I’ve had to take both days off of work and still don’t have a working fridge. Any number that I try to call, even the local number, takes me to the AI assistant and when you ask for a representative it says they are an “AI only” company and you cannot talk to a real person.
