Patrick diagnosed our faulty Samsung Oven and reported in to our extended warranty broker. He was punctual, polite, clean and efficient. A true gentleman. I highly recommend him.
Technician did not put new seal down. Looks horrible. Not waterproof—if I spill water will short out the oven. Stovetop fixed on 3rd visit after the AI agent cancelled my appointment twice—causing me to miss work. Sears refused to compensate me for their AI screw up.
