Both service guys were very nice. Friendly. They also told me exactly what and how they were going to be doing. Left it nice and clean when they left. Will be happy to do business with you once again, but hopefully nothing will break down again.
Very knowledgeable when assessing the problem
My service tech was quick and efficient. He made sure the washer was working properly and it had no other problems before he left. And asked if I had any questions. He was very professional.
