Cedric was fantastic... took forever to receive parts... he had to come back 3 times because of it... sears needs to fix the parts issue
Ty was great ! He had to return to my place at least 5 times, due to wrong parts and was very apologetic. He was courteous and explained everything he was doing . He also had trainee’s with him on two of the visits and did a good job training them . Ty worked quickly, effectively and has very good customer service skills .
Timely, efficient repair!
The service provider knew what the problem was, ordered the needed parts, and installed them when they arrived. He was friendly, too, and removed the cardboard packaging when he left. An excellent repair experience.
Willie is the most kind and considered technician I’ve ever met. He needs a raise.
