Service man did not show up today. I got an email saying I wasn’t home. I was waiting for him. He did not knock or ring the bell. The email said he left me a voice mail. He did not! There’s no way to talk to a human. I’m disgusted.

I was promised I would get a refund for everything except half the service call fee since the technician misdiagnosed and couldn’t repair the washer. I called the company 2 weeks later and was told all the notes were there from the tech about the refund and a refund would be processed. I waited another 2 weeks and have disputed the charge through the credit card company.
