It took being rescheduled numerous times in a three month span before they finally completed this service. Francis is awesome and knowledgeable. He has been here before and does great work!!!
Ridiculous AI phone response only. Sends a link to your phone to go to website as if you can't go there or haven't already. Trying to see if they have a part in stock without driving over. And website will not give option to see if this local store would have it. Ridiculous. Hire an employee that can also answer phones.
Impossible to work with. AI only phone service would not schedule an appointment. Is this even a real company? I received a reply to this review and tried again to contact them. Nothing changed. We live in the area but they remain impossible to work with. I do not believe this is a real business.
Diagnosed as bad EVAP coil agreed to estimate, they installed coil and 8 Days later unit stop working they came back under warranty repair then said it wasn't fixable, cost me 785.00 for wrong diagnosis and wouldn't refund any money, I won't be using Sears again
