The technician, Paul, who came, did an excellent job.
Alex did a thorough diagnostic on our refrigerator and gave us a detailed quote to repair. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and was very friendly. The cost for parts and repair was more than a new refrigerator so we ended up having to purchase another one but we feel that Alex made it 'sting' a little less.
Unsuccessful Repair: Technician canceled multiple times. Came out to fix the washer machine and it’s still broken.
