Christopher came to our home to check the refrigerator. He said that the refrigerator has a compressor that was bad. I called Frigdeair and they said the warranty was for 2 years. I made an appointment for July 30 .
The technician was knowledgeable and polite. He checked the burners etc and had me call the gas company to check pressure from the meter, as somehow the pressure seems to be the issue. If not the gas co issue, then I guess I will need a plumber or someone to check the inside gas lines for pressure. He said if it turns out to only be the stove problem, he will come back for further investigating and repairs. He was very nice.
Techs were great. Overall service, Especially the AI assistant and the constants attempts to sell me something else beyond the repairs was awful. 4 visits. Non-communication. The overall system is terrible. I will never buy anything from Sears again.
Used sears home services for a dryer repair. Would like to thank tech Gregory. Gregory was very friendly patient and knowledgeable. He immediately knew what part was needed to fix the dryer. He showed me how the part was not working properly and clearly explained the pricing and my options. I was able to make the best choice that also saved money. Gregory was the best. The repairman never arrived. Hiw did he submit a bill and he was a no show on5/2/2026.
