My 2 technicians were amazing, the company is shit. They schedule everything through AI, and the scheduling is a disaster. I had an appointment scheduled one day, with a window of 7-4, cleared my day and it was cancelled. It was scheduled for another day window of 7-4, cleared my day again, it was cancelled. The 3rd day someone finally came at 3:45. I was also promised it wouldn’t be cancelled a 2nd time.
The technician was great on time and efficient. First off I’m so disappointed because the port was $42. Sears charged me $145 for it and $265 for the service and the guy was here. 11 minutes I timed it so for $465 you charge your consumer to do 11 minute job you should be ashamed of yourself and I will never ever use your service again and I’m gonna post this on Facebook so people can see how you’re ripping people off.
