LG REFRIGERATOR. Made appt., Marvin showed up but could not be curtained of the issue. Ordered new board, compressor, and dryer for $1200 dollars. After I recieved items, scheduled an appt. Between 7am and 4 pm. They no showed after I canceled 2 appt. I had that day. Rescheduled for next day 7am to 4pm and again a no show. They canceled the appt. This is the WORST not only did it take 6 cancelations after 5 they show up for 15 minutes and order a part. Then make appointments and cancel several more times. Not today they showed up and put in my part. The washer is leaking worse than before they ever fixed it!! DON’T waste your money!! The repairman even said there is no supervisor and they do what they want. Today he sat and didn’t nothing for 5 Hours while he was waiting for the others repairman to show up for a two person job!!! HORRIBLE!!

This place is an absolute joke of a company, I've had 8 appointments over the past two months, more than half of the time, the entire day goes by and zero response from the technician, and then in the evening I get an email that my appointment has been scheduled for a week later! Stay very far away from this company, the worst experience I've ever had!
