I was given a window of 8am to 5 pm. The service person arrives at my house at 8 pm. This to me is poor customer service. I would have given it less stars if not for Steve, the service person who came to my house, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with the issue I was facing and really cared about my issue. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and he was coming off a very long day also. I would use this service again only if I’m guaranteed to got Steve again.
Tech Luis made repeated guesses on what repair part was needed so I spent a month and a half without a working refrigerator and then a different tech, Mike, came and said that the last parts that were ordered would probably not fix the problem and at the fridge should be replaced. He said he initiated a refund for what he could and had me take a picture of the "receipt" (attached). When I called Sears they told me they had no record of a refund being initiated.
