I had a technician out to look at my appliance, and he made a recommendation I wanted to think over and follow up on. Simple, right? Wrong. This company has no way to contact anyone — no live agents, no email, no phone line to a human. The only option is to book a brand new appointment, which means paying for another technician visit just to ask a few questions about the first one. The worst experience I've had with any repair company. Reschedule 3 time to repair ice maker. Parts order 1st time was wrong, right part ordered. Still waiting for them to come and repair.
