Daniel did a great job. I had purchased the 5 year warranty so I didn't have to pay.
Daniel was fabulous. However, the company leaves much to be desired for its exclusive reliance on AI customer service, repair windows that are 8-5, and lack of ability to speak to a live person no matter what.
Jeremy, our repair person, was terrific. The AI-only Sears Customer Service system is frustrating, infuriating and absolutely inexcusable. There is no conceivable excuse except investor / C-Suite greed to not have human beings coordinating repair employees and the customers. It's inexcusable repair people have no human, only an app, to give them any/all information.
